management skills, students will gain an understanding of the principles of customer
service in today’s business environment. Strategies for assessing customers’
needs, communicating empathy and respect to customers, managing stress, and
resolving conflict will be the key focuses. Class time will also focus on developing
leadership and teamwork skills by encouraging positive, proactive work
attitudes.
